Rubber and
rubber-to-metal
bonded components.

Maruti Suzuki approved — Tier 2 Rated on MSIL’s Vendor System Audit Green

Four decades of moulding precision elastomer parts for automotive and industrial OEMs — engine mountings, anti-vibration bushes, bonded assemblies, seals and gaskets. Developed to your drawing, at your volume, from our ISO 9001:2015 plant at Bhiwadi.

  • Reply within one working day — a quotation, or the specific questions we need answered before we can price it properly.
  • Material advice included — not sure which elastomer suits the application? Say so. Recommending the compound is part of what we do.
  • Repeat schedules, not one-offs — every part is moulded on tooling built for it, so we quote against annual requirements. We are not a stockist and hold no catalogue parts.

Request a quotation

Tell us what you need made. An engineer reads every enquiry and replies within one working day — with a quotation, or with the questions we need answered before we can price it properly.

We manufacture to your drawing against dedicated tooling, on repeat schedules. We do not sell catalogue parts, stock items or one-off quantities.

Worth knowing before you send this. Every part we make needs its own mould, so a true one-off rarely works out — the tooling would cost more than the parts. Send it through if you would like our view, but we may not be the right supplier for it.
Please do not attach drawings here. Share the commercial picture above and we will execute an NDA before any controlled document is exchanged.
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry. No marketing lists, no sharing with third parties.

Maruti Suzuki audited these systems on our shop floor and rated them Green. The same controls run every customer's parts — not only MSIL's.

What we make

Components built to
your drawing.

Every part we ship is a custom part. We hold no catalogue and no stock — we mould to your print, your material specification and your validation requirement, on tooling built for that part, from first samples through to series supply.

Bonded engine mountings in a range of sizes
01

Engine mountings

Bonded mounts and torque rods that carry powertrain load while isolating vibration. Tuned to your stiffness curve in three axes.

Rubber-to-metal bonded anti-vibration bushes
02

Anti-vibration bushes

Suspension, cab, chassis and linkage bushes — single or double sleeve, with voids or interlocks where the load case demands it.

Moulded rubber dust caps
03

Dust caps & covers

Dust covers and end caps for ball joints, steering linkages and shock absorbers. Ozone- and grease-resistant compounds.

Foam and sponge gaskets, die-cut and moulded
04

Gaskets & foam gaskets

Moulded and die-cut gaskets in solid rubber, sponge and closed-cell foam for sealing, NVH and thermal duty.

O-rings and sealing elements in assorted sections
05

O-rings & sealing elements

O-rings and static sealing elements across standard and custom sections, moulded in NBR, EPDM, VMQ and FKM to suit the medium.

Grommets, bellows and moulded plugs
06

Grommets & plugs

Wiring and panel grommets, blanking plugs and edge trims that seal apertures against dust, water and abrasion.

Moulded rubber hoses, bellows and convoluted boots
07

Moulded hoses & bellows

Convoluted bellows, ducting hoses and protective boots moulded to your profile — for air, coolant and dust-protection duty.

Rubber-to-metal bonded assemblies
08

Bonded assemblies

Any geometry where elastomer must bond permanently to a metal insert — brackets, pads, buffers, end stops and mounts.

Capabilities

From compound to
despatch, in one plant.

Bonding rubber to metal is unforgiving — the joint is either stronger than the rubber itself, or it is scrap. Controlling every step under one roof is how we keep that joint repeatable across a production run.

STEP 01

Compounding, in-house

We mix our own rubber. Semi-automatic weighing doses each chemical to the recipe, then an internal mixer and two-roll mill produce the batch — so the compound is ours to control, not a supplier's variable.

STEP 02

Tool design

Mould design and manufacture against your 2D print or 3D model, with shrinkage and flash line agreed before steel is cut.

STEP 03

Insert preparation

Degreasing, shot blasting or phosphating, then primer and cover-coat application — the step that decides bond integrity.

STEP 04

Moulding

Fifteen compression presses and an in-house injection moulding machine, with cure profiles set from rheometer data rather than from the clock.

STEP 05

Finishing

Deflashing, trimming, post-cure and surface treatment, followed by 100% visual inspection against a signed-off boundary sample.

STEP 06

Testing & despatch

Dimensional, hardness and bond-strength verification, documentation pack, then packing to your standard and despatch.

Inside the plant

15,000 sq ft
at Bhiwadi.

Fifteen compression presses, an injection moulding machine, our own compounding room and a testing laboratory — on one floor, so a part never leaves our control between the mixing mill and the packing bench.

Eight polymer families.
One right answer.

Tell us the environment — temperature, fluid contact, load cycle, service life — and we will recommend the compound. If your drawing already specifies one, we will mould to it.

ElastomerService rangeSelected for
Natural RubberNR−50 to +80 °CHighest resilience and fatigue life — the default for anti-vibration mounts and bushes
NitrileNBR−30 to +110 °CPetrol, diesel and mineral oil contact — seals, fuel-system parts, oil-side gaskets
NeopreneCR−40 to +110 °CWeathering, ozone and moderate oil resistance combined — boots, covers, general duty
EPDMEPDM−50 to +150 °CWater, steam, coolant, brake fluid and outdoor exposure — cooling and body sealing
ButylIIR−40 to +120 °CVery low gas permeability and high damping — diaphragms, air seals, damping pads
PolyacrylicACM−20 to +150 °CHot engine and transmission oil — crank and gearbox sealing duty
SiliconeVMQ−60 to +200 °CExtremes of temperature at both ends, plus food and medical grades
FluoroelastomerFKM−20 to +230 °CThe hardest chemical and heat duty — fuel, aggressive media, high service temperature

Ranges are indicative for general-purpose compounds. Final grade is confirmed against your application on enquiry.

Quality & compliance

Proof, not promises.

We have held ISO 9001 certification since 2005, currently to the 2015 revision. Process controls are written down, measurements are recorded, and every despatch can be traced back to the batch it was mixed from.

Drawings, specifications and volumes you share with us stay confidential. We are glad to execute an NDA before any technical exchange.

Why Infinity

What working with
us actually means.

An engineer answers your enquiry

Your RFQ does not land with a salesperson who forwards it. Someone who understands cure behaviour and bond chemistry reads it, and comes back with questions worth answering.

Forty-eight years in one discipline

Founded in Delhi in 1978, moulding at Bhiwadi since 1997. Rubber is the only thing we have ever made, and that experience shows up in the compound we recommend and the tool we design for it.

Small first orders, if they are going somewhere

A hundred pieces is a fine place to start when it is a trial for a part that will run in series. What we cannot help with is a genuine one-off — the mould costs more than the parts, and you would be paying for it.

Forty minutes from Gurgaon

Close enough that your quality engineer can be on our shop floor the same morning they call — which is worth more than any certificate when a launch is running tight.
